The Venetian is an all suite hotel; the rooms even at their standard level are superb. The 36 story towers house the rooms and even the standard Venetian suites include a separate sunken living area, refreshment centre and two 27 inch televisions in luxurious surroundings with over 700 sq ft of space. There are loads of upgrade options as well and these include the Venetian Piazza, a 1400 sq ft suite with marble entry, jetted hot tub and dining area. This is an amazing option and only mid range with what this hotel offers. The Venezia Concierge suites have all the above luxury and in some cases more, with the added bonus of their very own concierge lounge which features a private check in and separate area to enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea away from the crowds. The accommodation options here are ahead of what most other resorts can offer and each suite is that good it will be hard to take yourself away to enjoy the rest of Las Vegas.

Casino

The 112,000 sq ft casino is breathtaking with real Italian marble floor and hand painted frescoed ceilings making it more luxurious than any other. There is a great high rollers club for those with a little more to gamble and an excellent sports book. There are an abundance of slot machines and great amounts can be won here. Restaurants

Many people who stay at The Venetian choose to have at least one meal in their suite, this is because the rooms here are simply amazing and provide great surrounds for a romantic meal for two. The resort boasts over 20 great restaurants including 11 fine dining options. Bouchon is a world class French option and the food is simply superb, using seasonal fresh products and only the best seafood and combining this with a fantastic wine list a great service Bouchon is a premier choice to dine at. Aquakox is one of the best seafood restaurants around and although expensive makes for a real treat for seafood lovers. Canaletto is a fine Italian rotisserie and grill and compliments this resort well with great views of the Grand Canal, this restaurant features 16 ft high ceilings and marvellous décor ensuring a real Venetian feel. There are many other dining options available and the above is just a taster of some of the resorts best. Also worth a mention is Tintoretto which is a fantastic bakery with the freshest bread and cakes makes for a great place to stop off and enjoy lunch.

Entertainment

Phantom of the opera is perhaps the worlds most loved musical and features as the Venetians premier show. A $40 million Parisian playhouse was built to house this epic. Tickets sell out exceptionally quick for this one of the cities newest and most sought after experiences. The wonderful and highly entertaining Blue Man Group perform their critically acclaimed show here and it is well worth seeing with incredible effects it is almost impossible to describe. Gordon Brown provides an excellent comic performance accompanied by a superb 5 piece band he brings music and comedy together in a clever and highly entertaining show. No visit to the Venetian is complete without a trip along the Grand Canal in your own gondola where you will be serenaded by your very own singing gondolier as you pass beneath the romantic bridges on this voyage. The main nigh spot in the Venetian is TAO which has a great club with two separate rooms offering various music the club also features a veranda with sensational views of the Las Vegas Strip. The club also boasts some great sky boxes which can be hired by your group and they have their own service and some great features. TAO also has a great lounge with a more relaxed atmosphere, the main feature of this is a 20 ft tall Buddha which floats in the air in this eastern themed bar. Venetian has an array of other bars and lounges that can enjoyed and these vary from relaxing intimate spots to more lively entertaining options.

Shopping

One of the best shopping experiences in Las Vegas is found at the Venetian. Shops surround the Grand Canal area and range from the highest quality boutiques featuring the world’s best names to some great tourist shops for souvenirs to take home. The atmosphere is great as you shop with the singing gondoliers in the background this is a unique experience.
